    5. T/0342 - Borlin Sdn Bhd - 32,023 ha

  • Compliance with State & Malaysia's statutory requirements, i.e.,
    • Submission of General & Detail Harvesting Plan
    • Environmental Monitoring - EIA & EMR
    • Selective Harvesting Methodology: 60 & 45 DBH
    • Reduced Impact Logging Method
    • STA Training
    • Monthly Production Limit (MPL)
    • Log Production Identity (LPI) system

  • TFT conducted a GAP assessment in 2003 against basic legality, and 2007 again against basic legality of TAP factory

  • Aiming for Forest Management Certification (via T/0342) working closely with MTCC. Pre-assessment carried out in early March 2007 by MTCC.
  • Verification of Legal Origin (VLO) by SGS, April 2009
